Hello! Thanks for taking the time to read my letter. I try to include prompts and stuff here that might inspire you, and further information about my tastes that I didn't include in my sign-up. I tend to re-use information from previous letters over the years, so if you see information that looks weird that's probably why. Anyway, enjoy!!

General information:

About ships:I think I mentioned the ships I like in my requests, but please assume gen if the ship isn't mentioned in my request! I'll always take a genfic, but I do like certain ships a lot too. (Plague Doctor/Grave Robber is a favorite if we match on DD) I'm also a fan of toxic yuri ships.

About endings: I'm happy with all kinds of endings! I love happy endings, tragic endings, fics that expand on bad endings of games, ambiguous endings, all of them! As long as it's not an "everyone dies at the end" kind of fic. I like bad endings to have weight and meaning, and it's hard to do that if everyone is dead. But good endings are also welcomed!

About character dynamics: I love genfics! But also shipfics are fine too. I think what I'd like to receive depends on the fandom, so keep an eye on the prompts below. I really dig toxic yuri with the right characters, and I don't mind certain relationships being very toxic (for example, Grave Robber/Countess should probably not be very healthy). But by and large I like regular, healthy ships.

About romance/smut: I'm fine with romance, but generally I prefer to avoid smut. I'm fine if sex is implied off-screen, or if a fade-to-black takes place. I really enjoy themes of sensuality when it comes to romance. Low candle-light, the touch of silken sheets, the gentle drawing close, all that. I'm not one for graphic descriptions of physical acts. Metaphor and non-literal descriptions are your best friend, to be honest.

If you want specifics, click this sentence.
I'm comfortable up to and including disrobing. Tasteful/artistic nudity is fine, but I do not want descriptions of genitalia in writing and explicit depictions of aroused genitalia.

About non-consent and dubious consent: I'm fine with nonconsensual and dubiously consensual acts that are NON-SEXUAL. This includes vampire bites, most forms of violence (stabbing, hitting, etc), physical restraints, drugging, manipulation, etc. Things get a little blurry around the romance section, but generally I'm fine with nonconsensual romantic touching on the head, face, arms, hands, legs, torso, and neck. I DO NOT want nonconsensual romantic touching on the butt, breasts, genital areas, and feet, and I DO NOT want nonconsensual kissing. If you're wondering whether or not I'm okay with it, feel free to ask.

About other sensitive content: I'm completely fine with gore and body horror UNLESS it includes teeth horror, damage to teeth, detailed descriptions of teeth, (fangs/sharp teeth are fine!) or violence with unorthodox weapons such as nails, staples, needles, etc. If you need clarification on what qualifies as an unorthodox weapon, please don't hesitate to ask. I really enjoy body horror, especially monstrous transformations. (ex: werewolves, Abomination Darkest Dungeon, vampire turnings, etc). The fear of one's body changing with no control over it is something I love to read.

For the most part, just keep in mind my DNWs and you'll be fine!

That should be about it, so here are the prompts!

His name is Aurelio. [1][4]
His last name is Falena. [2]
He is a Tzimisce. [2]
He is an Anarch. [2]
He is a Reeve, aka the loose Anarch equivalent to the Camarilla's Sheriff. [2]
He is from (not originally, but he is the city's Reeve) Las Vegas. (All of jessisart's posts about Aurelio are tagged with "vtm: sin city". The cited post confirms that vtm: sin city does, indeed, refer to Las Vegas.) [3]
He is likely intersex. [4][5]
He speaks Italian. [6]
He likely knows the Dracon, a legendary Tzimisce. [6]

So! I know I'm a bit early on this, as sign-ups aren't even open, but I figured I'd go ahead and make a post just to go ahead and do it!

Also I tend to reuse prompts from previous exchanges, hope you don't mind!!

For the most part, just keep in mind my DNWs and you'll be fine!

That should be about it, so here are the prompts!

Darkest Dungeon

I'm a sucker for Crimson Curse anything. I think a really interesting premise could be like, the Countess tempting GR with things from her old life. Being in the lap of luxury that she misses so much. The Courtyard is a corruption of all those things, but perhaps GR's willing to look past it... But that's just a suggestion!! I especially would like Countess/GR to be toxic. Just because. The Countess is kind of a bloodsucking monster. But hey maybe GR's into that!!!

- I'm also always down for PD/GR. They're my favorite ship like ever in this fandom. I'm especially a fan of Crimson Curse infected Grave Robber and Plague Doctor. Maybe PD, despite the physical changes associated with the Curse, is still head over heels for GR. Maybe the physical changes are what PD really likes about GR. Let PD be a little freak for GR, is all I'm saying.

- Literally anything to do with Abom. I love him so much. He's terrifying and also a wet cat at the same time. Maybe he loses control and hurts someone close to him. Maybe he's ostracized by the other heroes for what he is, but they slowly warm up to him.

Dredge

- What does the Collector think? Does the Collector exist when the Fisherman doesn't have a reflection? If he does, where does he dwell? What are his surroundings like? What does he see, what sort of surfaces does he look out of and see the Fisherman looking back? The waves? Windows? The shine of scales? If he doesn't exist without a surface to see through, what is that kind of life like, living moment to moment? How does the Collector feel about the Fisherman, knowing that he's the only one who can bring him about?

- The Stellar Basin creature is a perfect horror to menace the Researcher and the Travelling Merchant. Genuinely I love to ship them. Maybe the Creature injures/abberates the Researcher somehow and the Travelling Merchant has to take care of her, despite the Researcher slowly losing her humanity.

- Maybe something like what goes on with the Fisherman and the Collector happens to someone else. Breathless selves and all that. I've always been intrigued by that line- I think that implies that this is a Thing that happens. Maybe other people see strange or forgotten versions of themselves in the mirror, tempted by the waves as they are.

Fallen London

- I would adore literally anything involving Caveat Emptor. It's my favorite Exceptional Story! The Vicomte is a character I really love. He's so interesting- I won't spoil anything, but the nature of his existence is fascinating and if possible I'd love to see the Player working with him. I wouldn't mind if there was a degree of codependency to their relationship, or a little bit of obsession, because I love a good bit of terrible people loving each other in terrible ways. Think Morticia and Gomez, but like worse.

- So far I've enjoyed the Intimate of Devils storyline! I haven't sold my soul- (I wouldn't mind a fic about that, what it feels like to have your soul pulled out, the effects of it, etc etc.) But I also wouldn't mind some wholesome romance! Maybe the picnic scene with the Deviless, a night out to the theater with the Devil, or a date with both of them at once!

- I couldn't request worldbuilding due to space constraints, but I would LOVE some worldbuilding with the Player as well! Again, I love the Bohemians, so I would enjoy a Player who is Closest To: Bohemians maybe at the Singing Mandrake, or some other hole in the wall or honeyden!

Norfolk Wizard Game

- Aurelio and Sybil are my favorite characters from what has been published of the show so far, so I'd love to see them interact beyond just their initial meeting! I wouldn't mind some au stuff where Aurelio doesn't immediately try to turn her, or where Sybil is turned into a vampire and has to cope with the consequences.

- Parker shenanigans my beloved. I would love to see him doing horrible things. I want him to kidnap people he dislikes and add them to his collection- I wouldn't mind a fic of him stalking and plotting to turn to stone someone he particularly dislikes, all the while hiding it from his family.

- I'd love some wholesome Bill and Sybil interaction!! They both have people after them- Maybe just the two of them hanging out somewhere that they're not being watched in, and just chilling.

Castlevania Aria/Dawn

- I adore the bad ending of the game. Me when. Me when Soma is consumed by darkness and is fundamentally altered. It has to be a terrifying experience to lose yourself to the dark power within your very soul, both for you and for those around you. What does it feel like to be consumed by the evil within your own essence?

- Maybe Soma bites someone!!! C'mon. Your soul used to belong to the most powerful vampire across time and history. You gotta have those vampire instincts. In this case, maybe the horror is Dracula's vampiric Vibes trying to get Soma to do things he really shouldn't.

- There is, of course, the quintessential Good Guys face off against a Horror of your Own Invention. Ideally from Dracula's castle, but really anything is good!

Hello! Thanks for checking out my writer letter! In short, the last exchange I did had some really good information on "how to prompt" for it. The exchange was horror-themed, which I think will serve particularly well for Tricks in this exchange, so I'll list them below! If you want more detail, feel free to scroll down and read the writer letter in full. In addition, I'll list some more general stuff in detail that I don't have the space to cover in a request!

Also, I'm reusing some of the prompts/text from my last letter just for ease's sake. They're good prompts that went unused, so I don't want them go to waste!

General information:

About ships:I think I mentioned the ships I like in my requests, but please assume gen if the ship isn't mentioned in my request! I'll always take a genfic, but I do like certain ships a lot too. (Plague Doctor/Grave Robber is a favorite if we match on DD)

About favorite media: In case you can't tell from my noms, I'm a fan of vampires, gothic horror, and cosmic horror especially. Games like Darkest Dungeon, Cultist Simulator, Fallen London, Dredge, and Castlevania come to mind, of course. I really enjoy classic stories like Dracula, the Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and Carmilla to say a few.

About Trick genres: I love love love the vibes of gothic and cosmic horror. They scratch my brain in just the right way. There's a mystique around cosmic horror. I love the rituals, the tenebrosity of it. Gothic horror also does tension really well, which I love, and I'm a fan of gothic architecture and environments. Additionally, I LOVE a good body horror transformation. Werewolves, shapeshifters, etc. Involuntary curse transformations are good too. The fear of one's body changing with no control over it is something I love to read.

About Treat genres:I absolutely adore hurt/comfort. Some of my favorite things to do with my blorbos is to harm them terribly, and then patch them up together again. I'm always down for a good genfic or some fluff. A wholesome adventure, hell, casefic would be fun as hell. But on a different note, as for the sexy side of things, I find myself drawn to themes of eroticism, but I'm asexual, so actual sexual content described in graphic detail icks me out. If you can do the sex tastefully or off-screen, I'd say opt for that, if you really want to write sex. But there's something about low candlelight, the touch of silken sheets, the gentle drawing close that I really enjoy. Descriptions of kissing, eeuuhh, I guess they're fine in moderation. If you can do a vampire bite instead of a kiss, go for that. Really, I think it's just that allure of "you can look but you can't touch" I suppose.

That should be about it, so here are the prompts!

Darkest Dungeon

- I'm a sucker for Crimson Curse anything. I think a really interesting premise could be like, the Countess tempting GR with things from her old life. Being in the lap of luxury that she misses so much. The Courtyard is a corruption of all those things, but perhaps GR's willing to look past it... But that's just a suggestion!! Dredge

- The subtle horror of losing yourself to someone else who is Not You. The struggles between the Fisherman and the Collector. Are they one entity? Two? Whenever the Fisherman looks into a mirror, why can he never see himself? Why is it always him? Are they the same person? Different? What's so fundamentally wrong about the Collector?

- The Stellar Basin creature is a perfect horror to menace the Researcher and the Travelling Merchant. Genuinely I love to ship them. Maybe the Creature injures/abberates the Researcher somehow and the Travelling Merchant has to take care of her, despite the Researcher slowly losing her humanity.

- Maybe something like what goes on with the Fisherman and the Collector happens to someone else. Breathless selves and all that. It would be great identity horror.

Castlevania: Aria/Dawn of Sorrow

Hunter: The Parenting

- Kitten is Embraced, and Marckus has to decide what he should do about his now-turned fiancé. (Should be angsty!) (Also, feel free to decide whatever clan. Not sure how relevant it would be anyway. Hecata seems on point for him, but as long as it’s not the Banu Haqim, the Brujah, the Ravnos, the Tzimitze, or the Thin-Bloods, then you’re good, just cuz I can’t really see those for him.)

- I think a comedic horror fic about a date between Kevin and Big D would be really funny. Except the horror isn't Kevin. It's D. Do with this what you will.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

- Dominique/Gremory. Gremory makes Dominique hers, in mind and body. Try writing their intimacy like it's body horror and any body horror like it's intimacy. That's one of my favorite things to try!

- Of course, this being an Igavania, there is also the quintessential Miriam against the horrors of the Demon Castle.

- The horror of having your mind twisted and controlled by such and overwhelming power, for Gebel and Gremory.

V Rising

- The Player Character is intended to be the villain of V Rising, so I think a fic from Tristan's POV would be rad, where he faces the Player in their vicious and horrific glory and is drained of his blood at the end, like in the game.

- Styx has just defeated the hunters, and exacts a twisted vengeance on them, turning one into a vampire and forcing them to kill the other.

- Jade and Tristan versus Styx, who has to be one of the most terrifying bosses for those two aside from Dracula himself. I'd love to see the blood and gore of their battle. Doesn't even matter who wins! Just them facing off is terrifying enough.

Crossover Fandom

- Miriam fights Dark Lord Soma, consumed by the vampiric power within his soul.

- Ed and Al are like. Perfect mirrors of Idia and Ortho. Cmon. I would LOVE to read something about the two sets of brothers just like. Hanging out. Or facing the horrors of their existences together. Either is great!

Twisted-Wonderland

- Always down for Idia/Azul. They've got the Board Game Club thing going on, but like I feel like they could get deeper, yknow? I want to see close, intimate, personal moments between them. I want to see them as friends, lovers, partners. Also like!! The fire and water symbolism!!! That seems so fun to play with.

- Idia and Lilia is also SUCH a fun relationship. They're gaming buddies. They're gamers. Your honor I love them to death. Let them be silly together. Let them play their silly little game together.

- If you write about Vil, I'm a sucker for vampires, so maybe a funny little AU where the Pomefiore Trio are all vampires (based on the halloween costumes),,, Honestly. I would die for that.

- Also, Kind of a crackship but Idia/Vil, I'd fuck with that. Going off of the above, If you tossed Idia in there as kinda getting wrapped up with Vil and falling for his charms despite himself, that would be like. A dream come true.

Hihi! Thanks for taking a look at my writer letter. I'm looking forward to reading what you're writing for me!

Long story short, I'm going to provide some details based on the "how to prompt" for this exchange, and then I'll provide some prompts below for each of my requests!

About ships:I think I mentioned the ships I like in my requests, but please assume gen if the ship isn't mentioned in my request! I'll always take a genfic, but I do like certain ships a lot too. (Plague Doctor/Grave Robber is a favorite if we match on DD)

About favorite horror media: In case you can't tell from my noms, I'm a fan of vampires, gothic horror, and cosmic horror especially. Games like Darkest Dungeon, Cultist Simulator, Fallen London, Dredge, and Inscryption come to mind, of course. I've also enjoyed Sucker for Love on the comedic horror side. Book-wise, I really enjoy classic stories like Dracula, the Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and Carmilla to say a few.

About horror genres: I love love love the vibes of gothic and cosmic horror.

About character dynamics: I love genfics! But also shipfics are fine too. I think what I'd like to receive depends on the fandom, so keep an eye on the prompts below. I think for certain characters, I'm okay with them being the source of the horror, but for other characters I'm not. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out! As for established relationships/getting together in horror contexts, I don't have a preference!

This should be most of the questions from the blog post. Here's the prompts I've got!

Darkest Dungeon

- Literally anything to do with Abom would be great. Maybe Bigby can no longer Contain the Horror. Maybe he made friends with someone and they have to watch all the progress they made be destroyed as the Beast consumes Bigby. Maybe he kills his friend and has to live with the guilt.

- I'm a huge fan of the Crimson Curse. The potential for body horror and gothic horror is something I really enjoy. The vibes of the court, the isolation the infected may experience, the fresh take on vampires, etc. The Countess is also welcome to appear! Tbh some sexual tension with her and some of the female heroes would be welcome.

- I love CC!Grave Robber especially. Anything to do with her (and also Para) would be super cool! Prompt-wise, maybe Para wants to do some research and work on developing a cure for the Curse, so she asks Audrey to help. But maybe Audrey's thirst gets in the way, and maybe Para isn't entirely opposed to learning what being drained feels like. Maybe Audrey is the horror here, and the horror focuses on what's fundamentally fucked up about the Curse. Body horror would be very nice here!

Inscryption

- Maybe some interactions between Grimora and the Bone Lord. I think they would have a close relationship, with the Bone Lord trying to protect the OLD_DATA and Grimora wanting to keep it sealed away so that they don't have to fight over it, or in the event of it escaping, opting to delete everything including the OLD_DATA.

- Leshy and Grimora are both genuinely terrifying at times. They both have the vibes of something ancient and powerful, which tracks with the lore. Maybe have a challenger interact with them, show off how terrifying they can be.

- The horror of being trapped in a form that's not yours. Maybe conversations between Grimora as the Stinkbug and Magnificus as the Stunted Wolf. Maybe between Grimora and Leshy while she's trapped as a card. Something that explores the horror of being compressed into a card, and a new animal on top of that.

Castlevania: Aria/Dawn of Sorrow

- Horse and Boy. Nuff said.

A Hat in Time

- Let's be honest Snatcher was BUILT for this exchange. He's like actually a jumpscare in the game lol. But he's perfectly scary for a little bit of comedic horror with Hat Kid! Or not-comedic horror! Just a little good ol' fashioned spook!

- Body horror with Vanessa and the Prince!!! How their forms slowly become more monstrous as time passes, in parallel with their time apart. Maybe it's in a series of vignettes where time passes between each visit to the Prince.

- And of course. The classic Hat Kid and Mustache Girl face off against a New Horror of your Own Invention. or the Snatcher. Or maybe the Moonjumper. Or Vanessa. Who knows! Go wild!

Crossover Fandom

- Miriam and Soma team up against the Horrors of either of their Castles.

- Miriam fights Dark Lord Soma, consumed by the vampiric power within his soul.

- Soma versus Miriam, controlled by Gremory maybe? Feel free to include Gebel as well!

Original Work

- The Vampire Hunter experiences turning, and the Vampire watches with glee at their suffering.

- The horror of having your life drained from you. The Vampire kills their Unsuspecting Victim, toying with them all the while.

- The wrath of the vampire has ravaged a small hamlet. (Why is the vampire enraged? Up to you!) A self-sacrificing young adult gives themself up to quell the rage of the vampire.
